Tania Lombardi
Director - Research
Tania joined Boomerang in January 2005 to head the Research function. In her previous role, she headed the research division for a Sydney-based boutique executive search firm specialising in financial services.
Today, Tania balances running Boomerang’s Research team nationally with a key operations role in the business. Tania has also delivered numerous business improvement projects in her time at Boomerang, including leading the project to define and deliver the company’s best-practice global search process.
Tania originates from Toronto, Canada where she obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Tania has over seven years’ experience in the banking/financial services sector.
