Sue Jauncey
Director, Boomerang Board Consulting
Sue Jauncey is a Registered Psychologist and began her corporate career in the recruitment industry, specialising in remuneration, facilitation, board evaluations and governance consulting.
Sue was recruited by the global organisation, Anderson, to head the Human Capital Division for Perth. During her time with Anderson, she was able to further her training and research in Board processes, governance and evaluation.
Sue has continued to work with Boards developing effective performance evaluation models. She has travelled globally researching 'Best Practice" for Board processes, returning to Australia to apply global and local knowledge to national businesses. Sue has extensive experience working nationally with Boards, consulting to public, private, not-for-profit and co-operative organisations, has authored courses for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and published articles internationally.
Sue was a Co-founder and Director of Global Board consulting which has since merged with Boomerang Executive Search to become Boomerang Board Consulting. Boomerang Board Consulting specialises in, and provides, the following services:

Sue is focused on delivering high level services and solutions to clients in Australia and internationally.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (Psychology) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
