Russell has over 12 years' experience in Executive Search. He has managed the Research team for a national Search firm working across a wide range of sectors including Insurance, Financial and Professional Services. Prior to this, he spent four years heading up Research for a Sydney based boutique specialising in Investment Banking and Funds Management.
He started his career as a Research Associate with a boutique Financial Services firm based in London. Russell's approach to research is a detailed methodical approach that focuses on both the quantitative and qualitative elements of business performance. He partners with the consultant and client to not only identify the best candidates, but also to distil the knowledge gathered during the search process to produce the optimal outcome for his clients.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems).
