Having a background in professional services, operational management and executive search, Nicki is well placed to lead and develop Boomerang's Research Group whilst running global executive search assignments. Nicki has worked with Boomerang for five years and over that period has embedded the businesses research methodology across a number of geographies.
Nicki has a strong track record of national and international executive search across the professional services (including engineering consulting), financial services, construction and resources. Over the last five years, Nicki has developed a strong international network of professionals whom she can call upon for strategic sourcing activities.
