Nicki Menerey

Nicki Menerey joined the company in 2005 and has worked as Senior Research Manager and Operations Manager in two new office start-ups with Boomerang. Today Nicki performs both roles with great success in the firm’s Brisbane office.
Nicki began her career in the professional services industry running operations for a law firm. Following this she spent a number of years performing a similar function for an architecture company with the added responsibilities of building an operational knowledge management centre. Nicki’s first experience in the executive recruitment industry was with Chandler Macleod where she ran a psychometric assessment centre in Canberra.
