Since 1988, Neil has specialised in conducting search assignments to appoint mid/senior level technology professionals through to Group Technology Executives within the banking, financial and professional services sectors. Having moved to Australia in 2000, he has successfully executed searches for many leading ASX and internationally listed organisations, resulting in the appointment of senior IT professionals with outstanding track records.
In recent years, the CIO role has truly come of age. As the scale and scope of the position has increased, the CIO is no longer confined to being the ‘Head of IT’. The CIO’s mandate has become an increasingly critical aspect of business management and is now a key member of the executive decision making team.
