Matthew Hagen

Matthew is a co-founder of Boomerang. He has worked broadly across the financial services and insurance industries at senior executive level. Due to the complexity and nature of the key senior executive roles for which Matthew conducts search assignments, he sources talent throughout the Asia Pacific region with a mandate to identify the top performers in any chosen market. Matthew has over ten years' executive search experience in both Australia and the UK.
Prior to forming Boomerang, Matthew worked for two of the top five human resource consulting firms worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Property from Curtin University in Western Australia.
