Hermina joined Boomerang in early 2006 as a Research Manager. She specialises in key executive search assignments in the areas of Professional Services and Financial Services as well as Board appointments. Hermina brings to her role experience as a senior executive in a variety of industries both in Australia and the UK.
Hermina's career started in the IT sector with a marketing role at Intergraph Corporation where she gain significant sales and management experience in the hospitality industry, including as Director of Sales responsible for a national team of Corporate Sales Managers. Hermina subsequently moved to the UK and worked as a senior manager in Deloitte's national marketing team in London for 3 years responsible for marketing planning and execution, account management and client service assessment. She returned to Sydney and joined a law firm in a marketing and operations role managing an extensive team.
