Hermina has worked for Boomerang since early 2006, specialising in Sales and Marketing, IT, Professional Services and Financial Services. Hermina brings to her role experience in a number of senior positions as Research Manager. Her career started in marketing for Intergraph Corporation before she moved into the hospitality industry, initially as Sales Manager rising to Director of Sales. In this position, Hermina was responsible for a national team of six Corporate Sales Managers.
Subsequently, Hermina moved to the UK and worked in Deloitte’s national marketing team in London for three years as a Senior Manager. Upon returning to Sydney, Hermina joined a law firm in a senior Marketing and Operations role, managing a team of 24 people with full P&L accountability.
