Before joining Boomerang as a Principal Consultant Debra spent 10 years placing executives in functional roles in General Management, Senior Sales and Senior Marketing. At Boomerang, Debra concentrates on placing senior people across all functions in the Consumer and B2B sectors.
Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of New South Wales, Debra joined Colgate Palmolive and, after a successful stint there, moved to Reckitt & Colman. During those years, she worked across the sales, marketing and human resources functions, giving her an excellent appreciation of the leadership challenges faced by multi-national companies.
