Carlos de Oglou

Carlos joined Boomerang as a Director to lead the Commercial and Retail practice. After almost 20 years working with and in the Retail sector, Carlos has developed an exceptional network across the Asia Pacific region and conducts cross-border search assignments for senior leadership talent. Within Retail, Carlos consults across a broad range of disciplines from Board positions through to CEO, CFO, Merchandise, Planning, Product Design and Development, Sourcing and Logistics. His ability to truly consult to his clients around business growth, brand strategy and people impact defines the value he brings to his clients.
Before joining Boomerang, Carlos worked in the fashion wholesale and retail industry working for leading ASX-listed retailers in Operational and Buying roles. He then moved into the wholesale market as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for a major Australian apparel brand.
