Alexandra Neskes

Alex commenced her professional life as a lawyer in 1992. As an Associate with 7 years' experience in commercial and insurance litigation gained at a mid tier law firm, she joined a boutique practice to focus on search work for major law firm clients nationally as well as some General Counsel recruitment for the corporate sector.
She subsequently joined a specialist legal recruitment group where, for 6 years, she managed the private practice team, consulted to law firms on issues such as retention and remuneration, and handled executive search processes for the recruitment of partners and senior associate/special counsel throughout Australia. She also managed campaigns for international law firms and New Zealand roadshows. Alex has an extensive network of candidates within the legal market and an excellent reputation for delivering prompt, practical and comprehensive solutions to her clients.
Holding combined Law / Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne, Alex is also a member of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and Victorian Women Lawyers Association and has been a committee member and officer of the latter.
